There was some concern about a boat out with bright lights driving around docks and appearing to be spraying something in the water.
Last week, the DNR conducted an annual night electrofishing survey looking for young walleye that were born this year. The people in the front of the boat have long nets that may look like someone is spraying something in the water.
“We did not find any young walleye, so we will be planning to follow-up with some stocking of walleye fingerlings this fall.”
